How does it work?

Once inside your home.

We will wash and sanitise our hands following recommended guidelines on hand hygiene before we begin cleaning.

Extra Protect

We use our specialist disinfectant and anti-microbial cleaner to sanitise all surfaces, paying special attention to frequently touched areas.

Once we finish cleaning.

For your safety we use extra protect on your house door handle, letter box and doorbell as we’re leaving.

Daily Health Check

We speak with all of our fully employed teams every day to ensure they are fit and healthy to clean your home.

Our Maids’ Health

All of our maids are fully employed by us and we have a duty of care to them – to make sure they are healthy and trained on all of our specialist cleaning processes. This means that they will only clean your home if they are well enough to do so. But there are times of course when they are sick and can’t clean. When this happens we have back-up and will make sure that another member of our friendly team can clean your home.

HomeSafe Cleaning Products

For many years we have used a range of eco-friendly cleaning products to clean your home, including Xtra Protect. Xtra Protect is a sanitising and anti-microbial cleaner, which has passed independent laboratory tests proving it is effective against all enveloped viruses including all coronaviruses (to BS EN 14476 standards). We use this to clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms and frequently touched areas. We only use freshly laundered cloths and ensure our mops and dusters are all sanitised before each clean.

You and Your Home

Every home is just a bit different, so we take the time to get to know you and what you need. Our HomeSafe cleaning system means that we follow some set processes designed to keep you and your family safe and healthy, but if there is more that we can do please ask us. The only thing that we ask of you is to tell us if you or your family are feeling unwell so we can discuss ways to clean your home or rearrange it for another day.
